The National Million Steps Challenge is the core challenge of One Million Steps Ltd, integrating health and wellbeing challenges with fundraising for the Businesses and charities.
It is the recommended 10,000 steps a day x 100 days and is about 500 miles for the average person. That’s like doing over 18 marathons in 100 days!
We see it as a 100-day journey of learning & change and we include:

- introduction to mindfulness, and
