The Million Steps Platform allows you to carry on using the system after you first sign up for a challenge and it ends
As such, after a challenge, you will still be part of our system.
We see the challenge as a start of a journey and hope that you will continue to connect with friends to keep up your stepps!
However, we understand that you may wish to be removed from our system.

with a subject line of "Removal from platform: (Your Name)

The email you signed up with and
Your order number (which can be found in your very first email from us)
We will respond to all requests within 14 working days BUT may have to contact you to verify any additional details as part of security
