How to Add Steps manually

You can add your TOTAL STEPS for the day. 
It's best to do this:
> At night for the current day or
> first thing in the morning for the previous day.

1. Inside your app (it's simple)

> Tap the two feet icon
> Type the CURRENT TOTAL STEPs that you have for this day and click "Save Data"
> Swipe down to  sync your data to your Million Steps Challenge totals


2. On your online profile


Log in to your online profile here https://my.millionsteps.com/login?returnUrl=%2F using the email and password you signed up with.

Once in your account, find the “Steps” Tab on the top bar (Highlighted in yellow in the image below)
